Shipping Costs and Options

What shipping carrier(s) do you use and when can I expect to receive my package?

Orders are sent FedEx SmartPost® by default to ship all packages. 

Since FedEx utilizes the United States Postal Service to deliver some packages, we can ship to Post Office boxes as well as to the following locations:

•AK - Alaska
•HI - Hawaii
•APO or FPO 
•PR - Puerto Rico

Orders arrive in approximately 7 - 12 business days.

Can you expedite my order?

We're sorry, but currently, we cannot ship your package for expedited delivery. Orders arrive in approximately 7 - 12 business days. All orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.

What will my shipping costs be?

Our shipping costs vary depending on the dollar amount of your product order. Below are the shipping costs for all orders, excluding any periodical publication orders which are handled uniquely for each publication.

Do you ship international orders?

No. We do not ship outside of the United States. However, we offer many of our products in downloadable versions. Simply go to www.comresources.com to find our downloadable items. Please note that a credit card payment is required in order to purchase and download these products. 

Can you ship my order to a Post Office box?

We use FedEx SmartPost® for all orders shipping to a Post Office box. 

Do you charge shipping on returned items?

No, if you received an incorrect item from us, or did not receive the item at all. Simply contact us at service@ComResources.com and tell us:

1. the shipping address of the order
2. the order number, if possible
3. which item was wrong
4. which item you wish to receive

We apologize for our mistake and will gladly send the correct item to you right away at no additional shipping expense.
