I paid for a downloadable product from your store. Where do I access the download link?

To access a downloadable product, go to ComResources.com and log in using the email address associated with your account and your password. 

If you do not know your password, please review our helpful document on How To Log In to Your Account.

After you have logged in, go to Account and click on My Downloads under Orders. You'll see a listing of all the download products you have ordered from us. Find the downloadable product you are looking for and click on the Download button located on the left-hand side of the product name.

Note: You can download the product file as many times as you need using this link.

Once the product is downloaded to your computer, locate the saved file on your computer (typically saved files go to your "Downloads" folder--but every computer set up is different) and double-click the folder to complete the process that will allow you to access the contents of the product from your computer.

What if my download is interrupted? 

The products offered through our store as downloadable can be large files. Depending upon your internet connection, your service provider, and internet traffic, your download times may vary.  
  
If a download does not complete, "times out" OR you can not find the downloaded file on your computer, you can try to download it again using the steps listed above.

What if my downloaded file won't open?

Most downloads are compressed files (ZIP) that need to be unzipped (extracted). Be sure to allow the file to download fully before you try to unzip the file.

Once the file is fully downloaded, find the file and unzip or extract it. In Windows, you will right-mouse-click on the file and choose Extract All.
