I received the wrong item from you. What do I do?

If you either received an incorrect item from us (we did not ship the correct item you wanted) or you did not receive the item at all - please contact us at service@ComResources.com and tell us:

1. The shipping address of the order
2. The order number, if possible
3. Which item was wrong
4. Which item you expected to receive

We apologize for our mistake and will gladly send the correct item to you right away at no additional charge.
